Valley View Hilltop Residence
A wide-format single-storey farmhouse constructed amidst the rolling tea estates of the Nilgiris. Built with a distinctive dormer-window roofline and wide overhanging eaves suited to the hill climate, this project was delivered as a turnkey build. The golden-hour photograph captures the team completing the final roofing and exterior works against the Nilgiris skyline.

Hillside Glass Conservatory & Stone Terrace
A unique landscape and specialty structure project featuring a glass conservatory built into a naturally terraced stone hillside. The design integrates seamlessly with the natural rock face, with stone-step landscaping, flowering garden beds, and a glass-and-aluminium conservatory as the centrepiece. A standout example of Vinarch’s capability in landscape design and specialty outdoor structures.
